All About Fitness

At almost 50, I started my fitness journey because I was stuck on an island with no job, no income and plenty of time on my hands. What started as a goal to lose my belly has  transitioned to become a mission to inspire and motivate others towards a healthy lifestyle and to show them how to do it.

I have gotten tremendous results within a month of starting my fitness journey by following a popular program but I have no idea how or why it worked. With a desire to learn more, I enrolled to become a personal trainer so I can understand the most effective exercises to get in shape, all backed by science.  

I also understand the importance of nutrition; therefore no expense was spared to ensure that I got the education I need to ensure that I am fueling body correctly and healthily to support the activities that I do. With this knowledge, I am now ready to help you on your journey to achieve your goals!

Getting in shape is not meant to be a torturous endeavor. There may be a sore muscle or two along the way, but I believe getting fit should be enjoyed, not dreaded. I get to change lives for a living, which is not only a privilege but incredibly fulfilling and rewarding.
